- Game Progress: Until account deletion or progress reset
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized; up to 2 years
- Payment Records: As required by law (typically 7 years)
- Voice Recordings: Not stored; processed in real-time and discarded
- Support Communications: Retained for 3 years
