d. TeachMap AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete.
a. TeachMap AI provides tools to generate lesson plans and educational materials using artificial intelligence.
b. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
c. You are solely responsible for the content you input into the Service and the use of any generated output.

IMPORTANT: Our Service exclusively relies on Google's artificial intelligence services (including Gemini AI, Google Text-to-Speech, and Google Speech-to-Text) to provide our core functionality.
a. Third-Party Service: By using our Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by Google's AI services according to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

d. TeachMap AI does not claim ownership of the content you input or the content generated for you. However, you grant TeachMap AI a license to use your input and generated content to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
a. Free Tier: We offer limited free access to our Service with usage restrictions.
b. Paid Subscriptions: Paid plans provide expanded access and features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
c. Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms of service.
d. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
e. No Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of your subscription, downgrading your plan, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TEACHMAP AI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TEACHMAP AI, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
